By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you hereby state that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be charged in the amount quoted to you for the purchase of the membership type you selected.

Full 30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are within your first 30 days of our guarantee period - you are eligible for a refund of the unused portion of your membership.

Billing

Purchase is done securely through our authorized sales processing agent. Your information will be safely transmitted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to ensure that your information always remains private.

The amount quoted to you and charged to the account of your choice is based on your choice of membership package.

If you opted in a membership on the basis of a one-time charge, you will be billed only once for the amount quoted to you.

If you opted in a trial membership, you will be billed once for the trial offer at the end of which you will be automatically be billed for the full price of the membership unless the membership was cancelled.

Please note: All unsubstantiated and/or fraudulent chargeback requests will be prosecuted and collected to the furthest extent of the law under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

Return and Cancellation Policy

Important: We have a strict NO-REFUND policy after your 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Under no circumstances will we offer a refund for any products past this period.

The only acceptable cancellation policy is for non-delivery of service. Please allow normal banking delays of 10 to 15 days before the funds are returned to your account, should your request be accepted.
